What's the color balance layer like? ... As in, what does it look like alone? I don't have PSP or PS so I'll have to replicate it differently. =D Lovely effect, though!

Thanks, this was really helpful! I usually stay away from colouring tutorials because they have a stupid amount of steps, but this was nice and easy and really improves the colour ^_^
