Er, how old are they? The article doesn't state.

And, well, if the story is true, she wasn't exactly a "mystery" woman -- she visited multiple times in the hospital as if she were a nurse. When I was in the hospital and having complications, I was phoned and visited at home by nurses.. so I guess it's a little more plausable to me. Not that I know if it's true or not.

I don't know exactly how old they are, but in the photo the husband/father looks especially young.

Yeah, I don't think the nurse thing ever happened with either me or my brother... completely new to me. My family in general has such a mistrust of doctors at this point that we'd tell them to back off. My dad nearly got in a fight at the hospital when it was time for me to go home because they upset my mother by telling her they were going to keep me.

But, anyway, it SEEMS I was wrong. Just seemed very strange to me. Most new mothers I know are hesitant to even let anyone else hold their child for the first week or two.

Oh, the photo didn't load. And they found/arrested the woman, so all is well. =)

Well, that's true, but are they really all that hesitant to let the child's doctors and nurses hold the baby? This is someone she thought was a nurse.. I dunno. I'd willingly let my child's medical staff handle my child, but then again I don't have a mistrust of doctors.
