Дорогие беларусы.
Мы с вами обычно общаемся иначе, но началась война.
Пора поговорить откровенно.
Суверенитет Беларуси не просто под угрозой, часть суверенитета Лукашенко просто сдал.
Мы уже не раздумываем, отправят ли войска на войну.
Мы уже знаем, что это произойдет, и все боимся, что они могут не вернуться.
Из людей, которыми восхищался весь мир, мы, беларусы, превращаемся в людей, которых начинают ненавидеть.
В разных странах уже происходят стычки, люди отказываются сотрудничать с беларусами, оскорбляют, не пропускают через границу.
Всё это - в адрес беларусов, в стране которых жестоко зачищены любые группы активного сопротивления еще до 2020 года.
У нас давно разрушено сообщество болельщиков, и нет организаций, которые могли бы дать силовой сценарий.
И как итог - мирные беларусы защищаются от ОМОНа, собственной армии и армии России, пока мир их обвиняет.
Последние дни люди заваливают меня и мою команду сообщениями и письмами: “Какой план? Что нам делать? Позовите людей на улицы!
Зачем вы зовете на улицу людей.
Организуйте забастовку.
Вы правда все еще верите в забастовку?
Примите присягу и начните отдавать приказы”.
Но когда ты отдаешь приказ, ты должен точно знать, кто его исполнит.
Исполнит не из-за страха быть наказанным, как это принято у наших чиновников.
А из решительности взять на себя ответственность.
Но мне пишут не слова о том, что люди сами готовы сделать.
Мне пишут, что должна сделать я или кто-то другой.
Учителя говорят, что рабочие должны сделать забастовку.
Рабочие говорят, что военные должны не идти на фронт.
Активисты говорят, что должно подняться большинство, должны встать регионы.
А регионы даже не до конца понимают, что Беларусь втянули в войну.
Но это с наших аэродромов взлетают самолёты и сбрасывают бомбы на Житомир.
С наших полей запускают ракеты на Чернигов.
Через наши погранпереходы сотни танков ежедневно входят в Украину.
Мне говорят, что нам нужен генерал.
Да, генерал необходим.
Мы искали такого человека полтора года.
И только сейчас, когда уже началась война, наконец начали появляться люди, которые могут взять на себя такую ответственность.
Мне пишут, что мы подставляем людей.
В воскресенье вышли десятки тысяч беларусов, и это был героизм.
Но при этом задержали более 700 человек, и я не сплю, представляя, что с ними сейчас может происходить в сизо.
И я понимаю, что единственным способом избежать этого было бы остановиться и больше никогда никого ни к чему не призывать.
Но это ничего не решит.
Это понимаю и я, и каждый, кто выходит на протест в эти дни.
За меня проголосовали люди.
Именно поэтому я отвечаю на сообщения беларусов,
с критикой или поддержкой, угрозами или требованиями.
Поэтому я общаюсь с международными партнерами, которые порой мне говорят, что “Беларусь уже не страна”.
Именно поэтому мне звонят из Украины и говорят “мы
видим, что вы вышли на улицы.
Но у нас война, сейчас недостаточно просто быть против этой войны”.
И я вижу, что если мы с вами сейчас остановимся, перестанем
бороться за независимость и против режима, который
воюет с украинцами и сдает страну Кремлю, то все наши
мечты о новой Беларуси - пойдут вслед за русским военным кораблем.
Диаспоры пишут мне, что беларусов начали травить.
И говорят какие обращения и петиции нужно направить Европейским политикам.
Друзья, я на связи с руководством Польши, Украины, Литвы, Чехии, ЕС.
Я круглосуточно даю интервью в международных медиа, чтобы рассказать, что беларусы - не равно режим.
Но нужны видимые действия всех.
Это вы можете писать обращения политикам стран, в которых находитесь. Их читают.
Это вы можете собирать акции солидарности с Украиной.
Их видят.
Это вы можете на улицах и в соцсетях кричать о том, что происходит. Это заметно.
Мне пишут: запустите антивоенное движение.
Но антивоенное движение уже запущено беларусами.
Ваш выход на улицу, акции киберпартизан, рельсовые
диверсии супрацива и байпола, союз матерей, экономическое
сопротивление, вывод из строя техники на предприятиях,
обращение беларусской интеллигенции против войны
- всё это уже происходит.
Это и есть антивоенное движение.
Моя задача - объединить это в одну силу, рассказать о нем всем и опубликовать его манифест.
Но есть только одна-единственная гарантия успеха этого Движения--если каждый, кто смотрит это видео - спросит себя,
что готов сделать именно он или она.
Не только рабочие.
Не только партизаны.
Не только военные.
Не любые другие люди.
А именно вы.
Я знаю, что в вас есть сила.
Я знаю, что вы способны на очень многое.
Я видела это своими глазами.
И что бы сейчас ни говорили про беларусов, я не верю, что мы готовы сдаться.
Люди из моей команды и демократических сил последние несколько дней уезжают на фронт к украинцам.
Я горжусь ими, хоть мне и очень сложно их отпускать.
И туда будут уезжать новые и новые беларусы.

- это теперь две цели одного большого Движения.
Мобилизация уже идет полным ходом.
Но если нужно, чтобы я, взяв на себя ответственность национального лидера, сказала это официально, то я говорю.
Я объявляю антивоенную мобилизацию.
В ближайшую неделю все наши действия должны привести
к двум результатам: Беларусов перестают воспринимать как агрессоров.
И беларусские военные отказываются участвовать в войне или сразу переходят на сторону украинцев.
Это не разовая акция.
Это наши приоритеты на каждый день.
И это значит, что прямо сейчас мы должны
1) Работать с информационным фронтом, распространять
правду и бороться с пропагандой - чтобы мешать информационной
войне, которую ведут диктаторы.
2) Мобилизовать матерей, чтобы помешать отправке их сыновей,
братьев и мужей воевать против украинцев.
Оказывать давление на органы власти и военкоматы - требовать
информации о местоположении ваших мужчин и прекращения
отправки на фронт.
3) Делать всё, чтобы мешать режиму воевать.
Проявлять неповиновение, готовить забастовку, выводить
из строя технику и замедлять её работу.
Парализовать работу государственной инфраструктуры, не вредя здоровью и жизням людей.
4) Усилить экономическое сопротивление.
Забирать вклады, обналичивать счета, лишать режим денег.
5) Формировать беларусский корпус из добровольцев, которые готовы защищать Украинские города, быть медиками или логистами на стороне Украины.
Вот план.
И он сработает, когда каждый возьмет на себя ответственность
за его исполнение.

Dear Belarusians,
We usually talk to each other in a different way, but the war has started. It’s time to speak honestly.
The sovereignty of Belarus is not simply threatened. Lukashenko just gave up part of the Belarus’s sovereignty
We are not just wondering whether our troops will be sent to the war.
We already know they will be, and we are afraid they may never come back.
From people who the whole world was amazed with, we are turning into people who are now hated.
There are fights and arguments in different countries, there are people who refuse to collaborate with Belarusians, who insult them, who do not let them cross the border.
All this-addressed at Belarusians in whose country all active resistance groups had been brutally purged even before 2020.
The community of sports fans has been long destroyed, and there are no organizations that could assist in a forceful scenario.
As a result, peaceful Belarusians must defend themselves from OMON (special police force), from their own army, and from Russia’s army, while the world keeps blaming them.
In recent days people have been sending me an overwhelming number of messages and letters.
“What is the plan?” “What should we do?” “Call people to the streets!” “Why do you call people to the streets?”
“Organize a strike!”
“Do you really still believe in strike?”
“Take the oath and start giving orders!”
But when you give an order, you must know for certain who will execute the order--execute it not for the fear to be punished, as it’s habitual with our state officials, but driven by decisiveness to take responsibility.
People who write to me usually don’t write about what they are ready to do.
They write to me about what I, or someone else should do.
Teachers say that workers must go on strike.
Workers say that the army shouldn’t go to the front.
Activists say that the majority must rise, that the regions must rise.
And the regions don’t fully grasp yet that Belarus has been dragged into a war.
But it is from our airfields the planes take off to drop the bombs on Zhitomir.
It is from our fields rockets are being launched toward Chernigiv.
It is through our border control points hundreds of military tanks enter Ukraine.
They tell me that we need a general.
Yes, we need a general.
And we’ve been looking for such a person for one and a half years.
And only now, when the war has started, people emerge who are ready to take this responsibility on themselves.
People write to me saying that we put people in danger.
Last Sunday, tens of thousands of Belarusians protested, and it was a heroic act.
But more than 700 people were detained, and I can’t sleep imagining what may be happening to them in jail right this moment.
And I realize that the only way to avoid this would be to stop, and to never call anyone to do anything again.
But it will not solve anything.
I understand this, and everyone who goes out to protest these days understand this, too.
People voted for me.
That is why I respond to letters from Belarusians, with their criticism and with their support, with their threats and demands.
That is why I talk to international partners who sometimes tell me that “Belarus is not a country anymore”.
That is why people call me from Ukraine and tell me, “we see that you went out to protest, but we are at war right now, and it is not enough to just be against this war.”
And I see that if all of us stop now, if we stop fighting for our independence and against the regime-the regime that is at war with Ukrainians and that is giving up our country to the Kremlin-then all our dreams of New Belarus will follow the Russian warship.
The diasporas write to me that Belarusians are becoming targets of harassment.
They tell me I should send petitions to European politicians.
Friends, I’m in communication with the leaders of Poland, Ukraine, Lithuania, Czechia, EU.
I give interviews to international media 24/7 telling them that Belarusians do not equate to the regime.
But we need visible actions by everyone.
You can send letters to the politicians of countries where you live-these letters are being read.
You can gather for actions of solidarity with Ukraine-it’s seen.
You can get loud out on the streets and on your social media about what is happening. It’s being noticed.
You write to me: Start the anti-war movement. But the anti-war movement has already been launched by Belarusians.
Those of you who went out to protest, the cyber-guerilla acts, railroad sabotages by Supratsiu and ByPol* (*Belarusian resistance organizations), damaging equipment at factories, anti-war letters by Belarusian intelligentsia. All of this is already happening.
This is our anti-war movement.
My task is to join all of this into one force, tell everyone about it and publish its manifesto.
But there is only one guarantee of success of this Movement-If everyone watching this video would ask themselves: what am I ready to do?
Not only workers. Not only Cyberpartisans (Belarusian hacktivist collective). Not only the military. Not anyone else.
But you, yourself.
I know you have the strength.
I know you’re capable of a lot.
I saw it with my own eyes.
And whatever they say about Belarusians at the moment, I don’t believe that we are ready to give up.
Over the past few days, people from my team and from our democratic forces have been going to war to join the Ukrainians.
I’m proud of them though it’s hard for me to let them go.
More and more Belarusians will be joining them.

But if you need me to take responsibility of the national leader, to say it officially-I’m saying it.
I’m announcing the anti-war mobilization.
In the nearest week, all our actions should lead to two results: Belarusians should stop being perceived as aggressors.
And Belarusian military should refuse to participate in the war or at once should join the Ukrainian side.
This is not a one-time action.
These are our everyday priorities.
It means that right this moment we must:
1) Work the information front, tell the truth and fight the propaganda to interfere with the information war lead by the dictators.
2) Mobilize the mothers, to prevent sending their sons, brothers and husbands to the war against Ukrainians.
Pressure the state officials and military enrollment offices, demand information about location of your men, demand that they are not sent to the front.
3) Do everything you can to stop the regime from participating in the war. Express disobedience. Prepare for a strike, sabotage equipment, and make it work slower. Paralyze the work of state infrastructure, without threatening health and lives of people.
4) Increase economic resistance.
Take out funds, cash out accounts, starve the regime of money.
5) Help form the Belarusian division of volunteers ready to defend Ukrainian cities, serve as medics and logistics specialists on Ukrainian side.
This is the plan.
And it will work if everyone takes responsibility for its execution.

2) Mobilize the mothers, to prevent sending their sons, brothers and husbands to the war against Ukrainians.
Pressure the state officials and military enrollment offices, demand information about location of your men, demand that they are not sent to the front.
3) Do everything you can to stop the regime from participating in the war. Express disobedience. Prepare for a strike, sabotage equipment, and make it work slower. Paralyze the work of state infrastructure, without threatening health and lives of people.
4) Increase economic resistance.
Take out funds, cash out accounts, starve the regime of money.
5) Help form the Belarusian division of volunteers ready to defend Ukrainian cities, serve as medics and logistics specialists on Ukrainian side.
This is the plan.
And it will work if everyone takes responsibility for its execution.
