I know what people mean now when they say "You have nothing if you don't have God." Many times I have wanted to talk to God, but the things I do are so horrible I don't feel as if I even deserve to speak his name. I was brought up in church my entire life. My parents would take me Sunday morning and night, and most of the time on Wednesday nights.

Amen sweetie. This life is short and the only thing that matters in life is accepting God as Lord and Savior. I'm praying for you, and I ask that you pray for me too. I'm a Christian, but I'm FAR from being perfect. I love you and can't wait till next Friday. I'm here for you always.

You and I think just about everybody else in BHS knew what I was going through during our Senior year. It was at that time I totally turned my back on God and on everything He has ever given me or done for me. I understand the high you were talking about just as, apparently, amie and matt do. My best memory of church is one night I was praising Him so strongly and my entire heart was into the service and during alter call I went down and was down there for like two hours I think. Then, at one point, I lifted my hands and I swear to you it felt like as if something grabbed them and was holding them up and I didnt have to hold them up on my own. I loved that
