Personally? I think this is the most important case they've ever fought. I don't think it'll get passed in the court system but if no one is around to fight it (like the Iowa newspapers) then...it's bad news for all of us.

Tell me about it. I think the word just needs to start spreading like wildfire. If enough people get involved and it gets to the ears of the press and/or the ACLU - or whomever - we won't have this happen again.

But the idea that it *is* happening tells you how sneaky things have become. Talk about censorship and censoring the news!
