Supposedly Obama's a huge Spider-Man fan, which if I remember correctly is why it got made. I'll admit I enjoy the dorky mental image of Obama's reaction, if he's as big as nerd about it as my dad is about this stuff.

Yeeeah, I heard that too. But man. The crack factor is H-U-U-G-E. LOL! It'll be one of those, "why did we make that again?" comics in a few years.

But then, Marvel knows a goldmine when the smell one. :p

I dunno, I vote for laugh, 'cause I think it's kinda cute, especially if Obama's a Spidey fan. I mean, okay it's a bit exploitative, but it's nowhere near that stupid Terrorist!Obama cover, y'know?

Oh, it's nowhere *near* the caliber of the New Yorker. Not at all. But this cover will get its share of raised eyebrows, especially in a few years' time, when the honeymoon period wears off.

To be honest I'm not sure how I feel about it. Yes, Obama is a Spider-Man fan, but I keep getting images of MAD TV or Saturday Night Live parodies. It gets a little weird for me.
