Oh Yea,Thanksgiving!Right now I am finishing making my cheesecake for my family.This bites because it takes 24 hours to just make one cheesecake.An hour to prepare and mix everything,then an hour to cook it,30 min. rest in the oven,then an hour to cool out of the oven, then in the fridge for the rest of the day.To dang long to make and so much work ( Read more... )

I have to say today could have gone better.For some odd reason for once in my math class I was actually paying attention and asking questions.I don't know what it was but I had the need to learn.I just hope that as this week goes on better things happen just like how I am beginning to like my classes and learning.
