as much as good charlotte's music sucks... i saw some clip on mtv2 with them in a record shop in which they had to pick out what bands they would use on a mix tape and they have surprisingly good taste for a band that makes such horrible music.
i completely understand what you mean. sorry im a random deadjournalist and i hate that as well. good charlotte sucks. they are complete posers. i dont see how anyone can call the music they project punk. just saying that myself made me cringe. and then, just to make all matters worse, they like good bands. therefore when they record a video wearing us bombs or whatever, thats a massive bash for us bombs. it's bands like GC who are making shitty poser punks harder to separate from people who just like good music. aha i know im making this much longer than it needs to be but i'm venting. there's this girl in my school--- gah, complete poser, so i go up and ask her what her favorite bands are IMAGINE MY SHOCK WHEN SHE SAYS: uh well i like DK, bad brains, GOOD CHARLOTTE, nashville pussy, conflict, SIMPLE PLAN. this is why i think i can officially and unfortunately say PUNK. IS. DEAD.
