1. First off, sharpen and crop your image.



2. Duplicate twice (depends on the base) and set both to screen.



3. Now add a new light pink layer on soft light. Set it to about 60% opacity and then duplicate it.



4. Add a new dark blue layer on soft light.



5. Now add a very dark blue or green leyer. Set it to exculsion.



6. Add a light blue layer, and set it to burn. Duplicate once, and set the duplicate to about 75% opacity.



7. Now duplicate the base layer and bring it to the top, over all the other layers. Set it to soft light.



8. Duplicate this layer, and set it to overlay at about 40%.



9. Add a new dark blue layer, and set it to soft light at about 20% opacity.



10. Add a new layer with a small red circle in one corner. Set it to screen.

11. Now I'm adding a texture by Tre. Set it to soft light.
