The short version is he's my boss. He's the General of the Seiryu Army, and I work under him.

The long version is that me and Kuro were living with his brother and his brother's girlfriend. We showed up one day to eat the chick, the King came back and killed me, she begged for the King to spare me, he reversed the damage, and we all just ended up living together. Then Othello turned up one day to try and take the King back to hell, shit happened, now we're in a war to get back hell, and after most of the Army got wiped out, I got recruited and put in charge of some of the guys.

Makes no fuckin' sense to me either.
