the opposite of romantic is uninterested.

If someone is uninterested in me, they pay me no attention, don't write me love letters, could care less if I fell off my bike and skinned me knee. They are completely uninterested, and the opposite of romantic.

(I know there's a better word than uninterested...but you understand the concept...right?)

no seriously....i would say "cold" if you're every cold to someone that is the exact OPPOSITE of romantic...which would be hot! :)
