Last night I watched David Gordon Green's George Washington. I was really impressed with the acting of the children. The film was made in a way that you almost forget that it is fictionalized and not a documentary

This was one of my favorite movies so far this year. Kamikaze Girls being #1.

But still, it was so awesome.

Hi! I'm Yvonne's lj-friend and I stumbled upon YOU, and I watched this for the first time the sammeeeee day. How's that for... not very interesting. But the movie was totally gorgeous and impressive -- so aesthetically pleasing, the setting/colors were great. The kids were amazing.
