indeed. my cheap tricks. based on tons of red bull, coffee, albert hein energy drinks, low carbs, water water and water in order not to go to sleep. then took advice from my psychology book, circardian cycles of exactly 80 mins, power napping of 20 min each = total sleep per day approx 1h 40min ( Read more... )

Next time, try to stick to four hours of sleep each day, preferably 4am-8am or something along those lines - you´re good for a week like that, and if you sleep well during the weekends, you can do that for two weeks in a row. Or at least, that's my experience. Also, energy drinks tend to fuck me over, but that could be just me. :)
