Every year, yarn companies come out with new color cards; some of the old colors are retired, and new ones are brought in, much like Crayola does with crayons.  For those that rely on certain colors for Harry Potteresque knitting and crochet projects, it can be a cause for panic  - especially if you're halfway through a Ravenclaw quidditch sweater

Thanks! Mind you, I'm going by eye on color swatches I have only seen on my computer screen, so how smart that is, I dunno. But for those of us who order online, can be wicked helpful. Tomorrow I'm going to go through knitpicks and see what I can find. I'll bet I have problems locating the bronze...it's always the hardest.
