so, i'm thinking about lasik eye surgery because anyone who has spent more than 15 minutes with me knows that my contacts are always annoying the shit outta me! and i love my glasses, but i'm fucking blind without them (driving in glasses = no peripheral vision. i might as well be driving drunk!)...so, anyone had any lasik done or have any info ( Read more... )

I say go for it but can you afford the surgery right now? I know it's very expensive. As you know I could never have it done. I have heard from a couple people that the procedure itself is unpleasant.

thanks for the advice...i've got an appointment in a few days, so we'll see what happens!
