About keeping good quality, i suggest you make frames below 20 frames. But in number 28, i think that includes 25 until 28 frames. It's still in good quality because the color it's a bit dark i think *or i was just lucky to have it in good quality? LOL*. Well the more you reduce frames, the better quality you get xD
Anyway just for a compliment xp. To brighten my animation, i used curves layer :D
