I guess I'm just not into the habit of sharing too much on LJ anymore XD

I met her a while ago from going to conventions. I guess you could say that I met her through Lauren, as she was a bit into cosplaying and you know how all cosplayers seem to know each other. Known her for about a year, I guess? But didn't really spend much time with each other till the latter half of last year. She's a geek just like any of us. She's kind of a big Sengoku Basara fangirl though. She's also a big fan of anything to do with Sherlock Holmes. She likes to read murder mystery books. She plays some games, but I've only ever heard her talk about the SenBasa games XD So I haven't exactly found a partner to practice my SC2 strategies with or anything. She's also a bit of a derp.

And if she saw this, she might kill me for that last part XD

I totally am going to Kitacon! I don't think I'd ever pass up the chance to meet Ellen McLain XD And I'm pretty sure it actually HAS been ages since I've seen you guys, let alone been up to Newcastle! I had plans to go up at the end of January, but flaked at the last minute because I'd been so busy since 2012 started that I really needed a weekend to myself. You will likely hear from me when I next plan to head up =P

How are things with you guys up there anyway?
