Wednesday, A client asked me "Do you always smile?" which seemed like an odd question to ask ME of all people. He followed that up with "I can't look at you because your smile is too pretty." awkward

She is blowing it out of proportion. I don't care how close she and her brother are, it's not about her, she even said "His private life" so it shouldn't offend her. If it does, she needs to own that a deal with it, not put it on you. You did nothing wrong in this situation. As for using his name, if they asked you and you answered, how could you have known to get permission first? I see it as no big deal....this is not top security clearance type work. If Eric has a problem with you using his name that's one thing...but his sister? BFD. She seems to be taking this way personally for someone who's brother will happen to be working with you. Very odd. Could something unrelated be bothering her and this just came out

I would say this behavior is not normal for her. I didn't actually take her brothers job, that was sarcasm. There are like 16 case managers, and he is one of them and now I will be too
