Just hours ago, my character as a human being, by means, the beliefs and values, which I stood for, was tested. Today, from 8pm to 10:30 pm, I entered into a tough and heated business meeting amongst my fellow supervisors and managers. As long as Jesus is with me, then I believe that things should go well for the least :) It was definitely tough to stand up for yourself when the obstacles before you are great, but hey....what measure of a man would I be if I refused to stand up...Standing up for yourself is essential, as it makes you a stronger person...don't let people push you around :) ...and whenever the obstacle is far too great to digest, we can ALWAYS rely on Jesus :)

P.S. If you're going to be around the neighbourhood this weekend, then probably talk to Tony about his bash this saturday :)

hehehe...u honestly think the military will like my kind? hehehe...time will tell eh? The fact that you get paid for doing adventerous and physicall challenging tasks (it gets you physically fit ^_^ )is intriguing. Plus, they generally assist you in your university bills :O
haha...SWEET....unfortunately, the draw back with the army is YOUR LIFE :O

Ellison, I have to say that quite frankly you inspire me. I have always been really cautious about exposing my religious beliefs to others and I've always watched what I said about my faith in Him and His ways. But after your bold, unhindered proclamation I am inspired to be as forth right as you are. Thank you for that. I think this entry was something I really needed to read. Especially now.

It's also great to hear that you faced your fears and did what you think is right, not what others think is right. And that you trusted Him completely with your problems. That can be the hardest thing to do sometimes.

In today's Canadian society, it is very difficult to expose one's religious beliefs because of the broad beliefs and values that many people have. Some may be inspired when religious values are expressed publicly, where as some may be simply revolted with disgust and insult. Honestly, this is my perspective with religion ( ... )
