I don't know which is cooler, a machine that looks like a Stargate, or one that looks like a doughnut. Hope you're ok?

It was a very cool machine - made by Siemens, according to the logo.
I think I'm OK, thanks, but been having some stomach issues I need to get to the bottom of. I dunno what it saw yet, but am hoping nothing too interesting.
