Sorry I missed you at the con! I was only there on Saturday, though.

Hey, I gotta ask -- is the premise of "Geekomancy" in any way inspired by some of the stuff thrown around in the old "Tangency Monster Hunters" stuff from RPGnet? Not to say that you haven't put your own completely unique spin on it, but I can't help but wonder if there was some seed in inspiration there. :)

I hadn't thought about TMH at all while writing the book, truth be told. However I think it's totally fair to say that it was one of the many influences I brought to the novel as part of my life-long engagement with gaming and geekdom. :)
