We were hoping for some romance,
All we found was more dispair,
We must talk about our problems,
We are in a state of flux.

Flux (flŭks): continuous change, passage, or movement.

I however, am in a state of stagnation.

I worked 42 hours this week. And winter session starts tomorrow. I'm tired and lonely.
