Mmm ok I considered some of Pein's summons based on your personality but they don't seem to fit the stuff you X-ed, so I'm going with Temari's Weasel summon - it has agility and speed (it aided Temari in battles and proved to be quite fast), it can be used for offense and defense, I can imagine it between serious but laid-back at the same time, similiar to Temari, it has intelligence and can summon a ninjutsu (the Weasel helps to create strong gusts of wind to help Temari, so I'm assuming it can summon ninjutsu). Also, your favourite element is wind and I think you'd work well with this element. Temari's bond with her summon doesn't seem to be that bad and she can count on it, she uses it mostly for fighting, and it seems responsible and loyal to me.
I can see where the above vote is coming from, but I actually thought of Sasuke's Hawks for you. I think they're a nice fit for everything you want in summon, because they have both great agility/speed and strength (or Sasuke wouldn't use them, obviously), they can and should be used for offense, in theory they can spy since they're hawks, haha, they come in various sizes, and they seemed fairly intelligent to me :)
My opinion after reading this is still Weasel! It fits your checks well -- agility/speed, precision and offensive, has sort of ~mischevious attitude imo so it could work for spying as well?, it's intelligent, can do ninjutsu, isn't too big lol? It's mostly for fighting but I think it'd definitely be useful in training as well ... maybe hang out lmao (I'm getting a funny image in my head). And wind fits perfectly! LMAO at you getting rasengan. And, um, I was too lazy to read the other votes but I'm pretty sure I just repeated what's already been said so ;_;.
I have to agree that Temari's Weasel fits you best =) Everyone else has seemed to explain the reasoning behind this so much better, hahaha. But honestly, all your answers fit well with her summon. I think the Weasel as being the type of summon that is, as you want, more laid-back as something you could 'hang out with', but at the same time be serious about getting the job done. I see this summon as being completely loyal. Unlike the other summons it doesn't seem to talk back (lol), and it can do a lot of damaging jutsu with capable intelligence and strength as you'd requested.
I'd vote for the Hawk honestly. It fits all the stuff that you've marked with an [X] and I do think that you can hang out with a Hawk ... I think. And it's wind related? lmao
