Mature or Immature?: I'm usually immature in most situations, but if I'm working with others, then I will be quite mature.
Leader or Follower?: If no one else takes charge then I will.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Optimistic, most definitely. Annoyingly so.
Impulsive or Cautious: Impulsive. Too impulsive. I would need to be reigned in by my teammates.
Outgoing or Shy: OUTGOING!!!
Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.
What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? I'd like to think that they were unbeatable (wouldn't be much fun joining a team of pansies, especially if my life would depend on them while on missions).
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? Believe it or not, I am actually a good strategist, used to be in the army and that was partly my job, and I am a genius at chess! ^^ But I don't like being a strategist, it's boring, so I would prefer to have a more active role, maybe an offensive role, or as a medic since they are very important and I like to be needed. But I can easily see myself shoved into the role of a strategist by my team if they ever figured out that I was good at it.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? It would be important to some degree. I would prefer to be the best of buds with my team, like a second family, since you depend on them for your very life when on missions sometimes, but I would at least want to be on speaking terms with them when not on missions.
Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? I would go and get them on my own if no one else would come with me!! And anyone that got in my way would end up a stain on the floor. Loyalty is very important to me and your teammates should own your loyalty.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? Not sure. I don't think I would want them to come and rescue me if it meant screwing up a really important mission and endangering their lives. I would like to think that they would come and get me anyway though.

Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? That the experience was worth it.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? I hope it wouldn't make me feel nervous. But maybe a little sad.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? I wouldn't like to have my team separated, I imagine that I would be angry at the thought of being put on a new team. But I would get on with it if there was no choice. But I'd want to spend time with them outside of missions if we stopped going on missions as a team. After time had passed I hope that we would have become friends.
Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? I would hate to be on team Gai. I would end up killing Gai, I could take him in small doses but being on his team would drive me nuts. I'd like to say that I would hate to be on team snake too, since Sasuke needs a smack and Karin is a pathetic fangirl who wants to be gagged and buried alive (in my opinion, no offense to anyone) but I love Juugo <3<3<3 and Suigetsu makes me drool, so my heart is divided on that one.
