When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Mature, because being immature gets you nowhere and it causes problems, if anything.
Leader or Follower?: Leader. I prefer being able to do things my way and if I had to follow I'd probably get annoyed and do things my way anyway.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Pessemistic. Plan for the worst and sometimes you can be presently suprised and you're guaranteed never to be let down.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious, you can have time to work things out. However, being impulsive can occasionally get you good results- usually it just leads to more trouble though.
Outgoing or Shy: Somewhere inbetween, more towards shy. I don't like having to be in lets-be-completely-hyper-and-run-around-lots mode.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? These people are just going to be lazy and not even attempt to work together. Pfft.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? Strategist. I like to think things through before putting any plan into action.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Yeah, it's better if you can all get along on both a work level and on a friendly level. It helps you work together a lot better.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? I'd agree with going back for the teammate. There's a chance we could get them back and the mission'll still go fine, and friends and teammates come before money and glory. Wow, how cliched was that?
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? I'd hope they'd so the same for me as I would do for them. Although I still wouldn't blame them too much if they had to complete a serious mission.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? I think the experience would be worth it. It'd also mean I'd have a better idea of what my skills are and where I can fit in and improve on.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? No, because work is work. I'd prefer being on a mission with them though for convenience.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? I wouldn't be happy if we could work together well. Why break up something effective? If we didn't work well together though, then there'd be no point in us continuing as a team.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Hmmm... Team 7 at the beginning would have been an absolute nightmare.

Anything else?: Nope, I'm good =P
