When working with others, you tend to be more...

Mature or Immature?: Mature everyone else always seems to be messing around so i'll take on the responsibility of being the mature sensible person, not that ill contribute greatly mind you unless things are going completely spastic in which case ill feel obliged to put my foot down and take control.
Leader or Follower?: I dont tend to be either, i normally go off on my own, if a group has been set a task ill seperate myself from the group and do the task by myself and probably do it a damn sight better then they will ... so much for teamwork ne?
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Realistic optimist although everyone views me as a pessimist
Impulsive or Cautious: I tend to think things through or i try to anyway but my spastic nature normally gets the better of me and leads to me rushing in with all guns blazing ><
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing if you have the misfortune to know me but in a group i tend to be the moody one who wont help and will sit there sniggering when it all cocks up.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now.  The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? *thinks to self* they're all a bunch of idiots.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? The offensive fighter, although i am intelligent i dont have the sort of brain which is good at strategy, i am good at following orders and getting things done right, so i tend to be more of a soldier than a strategist.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times?  Even when you're not on missions? It would be helpful, but i dont work well in a team, i am better leading or being off on my own so i would probably mutiny or something, especially if the leader was sh*t

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission.  There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission.  What would you want to do? Stuff them, they knew the consequences of getting caught, they would have done the same for any one of us, they were aware that the mission came first.
Reverse scenario time.  YOU'RE the unlucky captive.  What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? I would expect them to complete the mission, i might not like it but the fact is i would do the same if i was in their position and it was my own stupid fault i got captured, actually i would probably be more annoyed if they tried to rescue me.

Time has passed.

Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? More trouble than its worth, i could have been more effective as a lone agent rather than working with morons.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? God no that way if i cock up its my fault and nobody else's its a great feeling.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? See above i'd send them a christmas card (or whatever it is that shinobi celebrate) but i wouldnt cry myself to sleep at night.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least?  If so...which team would it be and why? Ebisu's team i hate little children and all the way through Konohamaru and his little bum-chums annoyed the hell out of me or maybe Team Gai, i mean Gai and Lee scare me ^0^ and Neji is just such an asshole that id want to smack his pretty face

Anything else?: Nein danke schon
