Five Great Shinobi Countries

Please post the links to three applications you've voted on recently:

3. and Here

What are three positive adjectives that you would use to describe yourself (please try to go into some detail for each one!)?:
1. Independent - I don't like to lead and I don't like to follow. I prefer to do things my own way. I will work with a team if it's necessary but I am capable of doing things by myself.

2. Flexible - A lot of things, when it comes to 'this-or-that' scenarios, I often find that I'll do both. For example, I am not just impulsive or just cautious...I'm both. It just depends on the situation. I'd like to think that's a good thing.

3. Dignity - It's important to me. I don't want to lose it, so I am willing to learn and do what needs to be done so that I can maintain it.

What are three negative adjectives that you would use to describe yourself?:
1. Prideful - A double-edged sword, pride can keep someone from asking for help when they truly need it and cause a person to have extremely high expectations of oneself (and sometimes others)--this makes a failure hit hard--harder then it should. It can be bad for self-esteem and bad for the people around.

2. Insecure. If I am not the best at something, I am always full of doubt. So I'm full of doubt a lot. About myself and my abilities.

3. Pessimistic - If anything can go wrong, it probably will.

Would others agree with the above adjectives? Would they possibly use different ones to describe you (and, if yes, which ones would you not be surprised to see)?

Um....I have no idea. I don't often ask people I know what they think of me. Mostly because I don't want to know. I'd be afraid they were just saying something to be nice...or were just out to be mean. So I'd rather not know.

If YOU were able to create a ninja village, what symbol would you want on your forehead protector?

Most symbols seem to be a direct correlation with their village. Sound has a music note. Grass has dashes, Sand's closely resembles an hour-glass, ectect.

And then some like Konoha have...a bird-beak dohicky that seems to have nothing to do with fire. Lightening's is like that. Every time I see one I think, What the hell is that?

So...I guess since I don't know what kind of terrain my territory might have--I could make a symbol that would be kinda weird and just go with it.

I would make a circle, with a ring inside of it, and a ring inside of that one. To represent life and death.

What type of weather and/or which season do you prefer?

Winter - I like the snow. I don't do very well in the heat. I get sick from it.

What type of location do you see yourself more likely to live in (for example: near water, in the desert, near a forest, etc.)?

Near a forest or near water or in the mountains. For practical reasons (food, great places to train, ectect) and for impractical ones. I just like it.

Would you like ninja training in your village to be harsh in order for the strongest to advance, or would you rather it be more forgiving of mistakes?

Everyone makes mistakes. I believe in firm training but they need to understand that people, by default, make mistakes. A system where only the strong advance is the quickest to be overrun by corruption. And if it is cruel, they can't expect to have much devotion from their people. I think it is valuable, that kind of training. And some thrive under the intensity--but overall...it's not logical.

Speaking of missions, would you prefer only hard or advanced missions for all of your resident ninja or would you not mind them participating in simpler errands if need be?

Both. We gotta have stuff for the kids to do, after all. If they need to learn to work together, I'd rather not send them off to die right away.

Would you prefer living in a more populated and busy village, or one more rural/country-like?

I think either can be good and bad. The villages aren't like going to Chicago. I would never want to live in Chicago. But Konoha, while large, seems eventful, social and fun. But, by habit, I've always been introspective. So people around all the time would start to feel tense.

All hidden villages have a leader...what kind of leader would you most respect and why?

I'd want a leader who had a level-head but knew how to get things done. S/he would have be a good judge of character. Knows when to talk shit and knows when to shut up. A respectable leader is both strong and wise. Works hard but knows how to have fun. The leader can rise above the bullshit of politics and can still step outside and act like a normal human being.

Would you prefer it if your village's leader had almost total power and control over the workings of the village, or shared it with some kind of council?

Council. There needs to be a checks and balance system. People change.

Anything else?: A friend of mine has been harrassing me to watch Avatar: the Last Airbender. I think the Uchiha should jump up and bitchslap that Fire-bender prince. All he does is whine.
