When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: About half and half. I cut loose when I can, and I also know when to be serious.
Leader or Follower?: A leader. I will listen to the suggestions of others, and I won't try to take the place of someone like a Jounin-sensei, but I lead far better than I follow.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Optimistic. I don't let things get me down. Instead I work hard to do it better the next time.
Impulsive or Cautious: Impulsive with words and cautious with actions.
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing. I want to be able to know my team, and the first step is talking to them and getting to know them.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? I want to know that my team will work hard and persevere. I also want to have the impression that we will be able to work together well.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)?Offensive fighter and leader.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Not absolutely. It's silly to think four random people will get along well at all times. But when we're on a mission, I will not tolerate bickering.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do?Depends on how important the mission is. If we're teetering on the edge of a knife and we'll go to war with a country because we don't complete this mission successfully, we'll have to leave them. They (hopefully) value the lives of those who would get killed in a war more than they value their own life. If it's not that important, we'll rescue them, of course.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? They'd better not EVEN try to rescue me!

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it?Of course the experience was worth it!
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? No. I like my teammates (hopefully), but I can function well without them.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? Not really. The needs of the village are more important than our staying together. Hopefully, though, we'd still try to meet and be together sometimes.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? The least... probably Team 10. They seem to fight a good deal of the time, and I don't think I would be able to stand Shikamaru being on my team (his laziness would annoy me greatly).

Anything else?: Nope!
