When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Mature. Dunno how that's a factor with working with others but oh well...
Leader or Follower?: I like to follow but I'll step up to be a leader when I need to be
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Optimisitic with a touch of realism.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious definitely. I think of the consequences too much
Outgoing or Shy: Shy when I first meet people but as I get more comfortable with other people I come out of my shell.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? That we'll work great together despite our possible differences in personality.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? Support with maybe some say in strategy if I come up with anything
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Yes, because having fun with each other builds team cohesiveness and trust.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? I would try to think of a way to save that team mate but if it's just not possible at the time then we should save him/her at a more oppurtune moment.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? I wouldn't expect to be rescued if coming to save me might make the mission fail. I could dream of being rescued but I know that it might not happen.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? I think it was worth it. We had our trouble but we made it through.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? Maybe a little. It's what I'm used to so working with other ninja besides them would be starting all over again with trust anyway. And it would be hard to get into a new routine and it would take some time to get used to but I could do it.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? I would miss it but as long as we're still friends even when we're not a team then it's ok. I'll remember it and be happy to have those memories.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? No, not really.

Anything else?: Nope.
