Mature or Immature?: Hmm.. I'm probably more on the mature side. When my team members start getting into conflict, I'm usually the one reminding them that we're supposed to finish doing our project, not quarrel with each other.
Leader or Follower?: A little bit of both. I don't tell people outright what to do(most of the times), but I'm usually the one who makes sure everybody focuses on the task at hand and keep our priorities straight.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Hmmm... realistic? I guess I'm more optimistic though.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious. One mistake doesn't only affect one person but everyone who is involved.
Outgoing or Shy: Outgoing. Usually.
Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.
What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? A team that is capable, and mature but fun(meaning no stupid conflicts that would affect our work). Preferably a group that is loyal.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? Hmm... probably long-distance support. I'm pretty observant of details over a wide range but my reflexes probably won't be fast enough for close-range combat. Plus, not that I don't trust the others to guard my/their backs but I think I'm the more dependable choice to do support.
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? Preferably. But I know conflicts happen, it can't really be avoided. Just don't involve me in those conflicts.
Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? Seriously, I would try to brainstorm a way to rescue my teammate AND achieve the mission. But if worse comes to worse... (I can't believe I'm actually saying this...) the mission comes first.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? A small part of me would definitely want my teammates to help me... but a bigger part wants them to achive the mission. The mission is more important than me. Sacrifice one life to save many. I've already accepted the fact that my life is on the line when I took the mission, and hey, dying in the line of duty, I've always wanted to die an honorable death. Sacrificing myself for the mission seems honorable enough. Of course, before that, I'd try to escape(whether or not my teammates come and rescue me). Being a damsel in distress is not something I like at all. And as much as I don't mind sacrificing myself for the good of the village, surviving is good too.
Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? The experience was worth it. We've gone through tough times and good times together and hopefully I've learned something useful from all of this.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? Maybe a tiny bit nervous but I'm used to doing things alone anyway. I don't like depending on others so I think I'd be fine.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? I wouldn't want it but I'd probably expect it. I'd be fine taking a break from my team for a while but a permanent, dissolution is just so FINAL. I'm sure I'd miss my teammates.
Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Umm... maybe Team 7. Too much drama going on. I seriously don't know how they can get their missions done.
