When working with others, you tend to be more...
Mature or Immature?: Mature
Leader or Follower?: I'm willing to follow someone who knows what they're doing. If that isn't the case, I'll take charge to get done what needs done.
Optimistic or Pessimistic?: Pessimistic. I tend to see the worst in people/situations.
Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious. Being impulsive leads to mistakes. For shinobi, mistakes can be deadly.
Outgoing or Shy: I'd be more shy. But more in the sense that I'm reserved. I don't speak much unless I know the people I'm with really well or I'm pissed off.

Scenario Time: Okay, so everyone has met their teammates by now. The following questions will go along with that idea.

What kind of impression would you most like to have of your team even before you start working together? They aren't idiots and can pull their own load.
What role could you see yourself performing in the team (i.e.: strategist, offensive fighter, support, etc.)? Strategist
Would it be necessary for you and your teammates to get along at all times? Even when you're not on missions? As long as we work well together and our relationships don't affect our missions, I could care less.

Suppose one of your teammates ends up getting captured during a really important mission. There is a debate on whether or not a rescue attempt should be made since it might jeopardize said mission. What would you want to do? That would be tough for me. Half of me would want to assist my teammate. The other half would want t complete the mission at all costs for the sake of my village. In the end, I suppose it depends on who the person is. It may sound cruel, but I would be less inclined to help someone I believed was useless than someone I considered a valuable comrade.
Reverse scenario time. YOU'RE the unlucky captive. What would you want/expect your teammates to do in that situation? I would expect them to be logical. If coming back for me would put the mission and our village in jeopardy, then I would want them to leave me. Shinobi are expected to live and die as tools. If they can't deal with that, then they should find another career.

Time has passed.
Would you feel that your team was more trouble than it was worth in the long run or that the experience was worth it? I'm sure it be both for me. I prefer working alone when all is said and done, but I also have no doubt that being on a team gives one valuable experience.
Would the thought of working separately from them on a mission make you feel a bit nervous? Not a bit.
How would you feel about a lengthier, perhaps even permanent, dissolution of your team? It wouldn't make much of a difference. I prefer working solo anyway no matter what.

Is there a particular team in the Naruto-verse that you feel you'd get along with the least? If so...which team would it be and why? Team 7. Kakashi is completely inconsiderate of his subordinates, Sakura and Naruto's constant bickering would drive me towards insanity, and Sasuke's "holier than thou" attitude would make me consider defecting. I don't think I would mind Sai or Yamato too much.

Anything else?: Not a word.
