I said I'd write about political stuff, but I lost the motivation. However, I'm getting sick of people's ignorent shit, so I've regained the motivation. I am, however, tired and drunk, so we'll see if this works out

Actually, I’m not mad only at Bush for the WMD scandal. I blame the whole administration. All the reports on the WMDs and if there ever was a connection with Osama/Al Queda and Suddam/Iraq had to go down through certain hands before reaching the president. As you did point out, the CIA director could be lying which then brings up back to the whole “who the fuck is being honest?” deal

Bush is a liar? Since when? Kerry tells the truth? Since when?polaris93June 4 2004, 19:24:14 UTC
If you were in a court of law, either using these as charges against the Bush administration, or being sued for slander and libel by that administration, you'd be required to show proof. Surely, as vehement as your rant (above) is, you have such proof. Okay, junior, where is it? If you can't produce it, you prove you are a world-class liar. Not to mention stupid for hanging your intellectual dick out in the wind, here, where all the rest of us can see how inadequate it is.

well, I think my arguements apply to the bush administartion as well. Given the evidence it's unlikely that they were the one's lying. The CIA was holding all the cards, and if by some chance the CIA didn't lie, they would have no who was, and had a responsibility to come out and say something. Either way, this is the CIAs fault, not Bush's.
The fact is the US went into war despite all the protests and lies And we don't even know if anyone at all lied. Every country's intelligence pointed to Iraq having WMD. Even if he didn't have WMD, which I still say is debateable, we did the right thing given the evidence at hand, and personally, I wouldn't

Frankly, fuck the environment. I don't say that because I don't care about our planet, but because I realize the gigantic nature of the problem. Trying to save the planet with recycling is like a 400 pound man trying to lose weight by switching to diet coke. Most of the big hot button enviromental issues are no more then another way of staying in sweet ignorence of the problem, while pretending like something is being done. Most recycling, for example, costs more in resources then it saves.I remember a friend telling me that even if huamsn fuck up the Earth and we all die, it'll just fix itself up given enough time

yeah i tend to rant about the smallest of things so i understand completely. the other day i argued for an hour and a half with a mormon about the importance of the word fuck in the english dictionary. oh and please get it right, i don't enjoy sucking dick i love it. there is a difference you know. =P -Mari

Almost forgot: That's a gorgeous political analysis, and I agree with most of it, but I have some questions about the following paragraph:
"Anyway, so if you're going to hate bush, hate him for good reasons, there are plenty. Unlike Sadam, he is a religious fanatic. He's out to push his right-wing moral agenda on everyone else. Hate Bush because he won't legalize stemcell research. Hate bush because he wants to spend tens of millions of dollars on drug testing when schools don't have good books or teachers. Hate bush because he'll make all sorts of decisions based on the kooky morals of himself, his crazy cult, and their imaginary friend, that most people in the US don't subscribe too."
If President Bush is a political fanatic, then so is anyone who has any religious beliefs at all. I've met religious fanatics -- they're scary as hell. You can find them among Christians, Jews, Muslims, neopagans, atheists, Greens, New Agers, just about any religious group you want to name, and they are terrifying, because they can "justify" to
