Make it stop being so hot, please! I know it's hotter other places than here, but that's one of the big reasons I MOVED here. So I think it's still valid for me to complain about it

We refer to this as the "let me show you my hotness!" phenomenon. Moose in particular, is well known for lying against one of us and panting, and you can see it in his eyes... "Oh my Gawd! I'm hot! Do you feel my hotness?!? Here! Let me show you my hotness! I'm roastin'! You feel that! Oh my Gawd! It's hot!"
Luckily, no, the same ones. :) Miles has been with us since 1999 (I think, might be early 2000?) of course, and Bertie was part of Fluffles' litter from 2007, and Little's the cat who showed up on our patio in 2009, pregnant with Cream (and his brother Peaches, who mercifully did NOT require close snuggles today. Nor did Callie, and that's the lot of 'em).
We have a moratorium on more kitties at present. >_>
I think when last I mentioned her here we were still trying not to name her, in the hope that this would help to keep us from ending up with her. So she was 'the little cat', which inevitably turned into the name 'Little Cat', and then just 'Little', which she will now ever be. And compared to the others, she still is... she's short in height and length, even if she's gotten a tad plump.
I much prefer the ambient temperature to be slightly too cold for me, because I possess ways to warm myself up. I'm not so good at cooling myself down.
