So, I follow this blog called Clients From Hell, where graphic designers, web designers, and general IT/computer people submit stories of clients they've had to deal with that... enlightened me on a whole new level of stupid.

A particular submission from today just happened to appall me more than usual. I actually facepalmed when I read it. ._.

Oh god. There's a more general site called Not Always Right (it covers EVERYTHING related to customer service; IT, hotel, retail, puclic park, hospital, etc. There are so many cases of fail on there I read them while I'm at work to give me a boost after dealing with idiots myself all day xD
