Haha I'm glad you like it so far. I plan on making it an epic story. I've only ever written stories with like, 3 chapters max so this is new for me, but I have a lot of awesome idea's for it :)
hint: I'm going to make their squad be a part of helping retrieve soldiers when Germany takes France. You know how they all camped out on the coast of the English Channel and tons of British soldiers and citizens took boats out there and saved thousands of soldiers? yeah. it's going to be epic.

I'm sure you'd like some serious comments so... here is one!

Of course as soon as I've noticed the description I clicked the link because... well, the topic is verry close to the heart and I just really want to see how a fellow author might handle that ;)

I'm certainly going to check out the next few chapters, I want to see how it goes once you get into it. Also... trust me, I know what it means to do all this research. While it may feel troublesome at first you soon realise that 'damn, I'm writing something worthy of reading and I'm using FACTS and..I'm learning and ... WOW'. Yep. It helps a lot XD

On the negative side though, I would say that the pace -maybe it's the way the sentences are put or maybe just the action itself- seems to me to be a little too fast (esp. Alfred's love at first sight, although I would admit it's kinda sweet). Still, I'm guessing that's because it's an introduction so... yeah, I'm gonna check out future chapters before I fully make my mind up ^^

Anyway, best of luck with writing this one :'D

Thanks so much for this comment. Haha, yeah the whole Alfred and Arthur meeting situation was mutual? sort of. I didn't make it very clear I guess but it was less of a confession and more mindless flirting then anything haha

WOW! now, this is interesting!! It really caught my eyes. Both of them.

The story is really interesting, the idea is great and your writing style is very good (I'm very envious!)
