Joe man I wish I could do somthing to help you out with the whole evil step dad situration. Just a few ideas... Could you find some friends and all go in togather on a house/apartment? Maybe get some more hours from UPS? I really think he's an asshole too. I think everyone does. If you ever need anything don't hesitate to call me.
