So my boss here at Chena evidentely is a big Trogdor fan. I figured this out by seeing him wearing a Trogdor t-shirt around the other day. So I ask him about it, and after much discussion about Homestar Runner, he informs me that when he fires people (which happens often out here) he refers to it as 'Burninating the Peasants
