Boston weather seems to function only in extremes. The current extreme is an unholy amount of rain, and it made staggering through the night quite interesting... as well as moist. They are not used to water on the East Coast. You had better get used to it. If you want to show off, take off your coat and shoes when it is raining and say, "Sweet Nectar of Life! You have returned to me." Then start offering to tell everybody's water-fortune. Charge $3 each. Eventually, you may end up with a room and 3 meals a day, provided by the state of Massachusetts.
