Hello 9.5 hour day with no break because I'm the only manager on today.

This is going to suck a lot. Have I mentioned that this is day 5 in a 7 day stretch?

work is crazy for me right now too. We have 8 proposals due in the next three weeks. I'm on hour 18 of overtime so far and I expect to do much more before the pay period is up. In at 9 on a sunday stinks. Especially when I have to wait for things to do.
