This is just amazing! This 'newly broken record' go to your credit, this is the first time somebody write for Arashi's staff!

Not only do you dislike variety shows, you absolutely despise boy-bands.
Your strong dislike against boy-bands wavers a little.

You’re overwhelmed by their sincerity and sheer determination that all you want to see is them being at the top.
It’s 2009 and you’re 28. You’re an active staff working in the variety show area with Arashi as hosts. You’re looking at records being broken rapidly and Arashi is everywhere.

But, when you look at them still being their dorky selves and when they say their success is all thanks to you guys, you confirm that this is the best job you could ever get.

They are probably the one that know Arashi the most.

The bonds between Arashi and their staffs are really tight,ne..
Thay've always had the same staff for years...for example the two chubby guys.It's their producers,I think..(can't remember their names..sorry) The staff also came to their con too,ne..and had fun laughing at Sho.
This is simply a wonderful read..Thanks for sharing
