basically the bit with Nino and Jun is set about 4 days after the end of the last chapter, then the Sho part is set the morning after the last chapter. - i just put that in in a new A/N - everything else will become clear in the next chapter, so you'll have to keep wondering and waiting~~~~~ hehehe

Wow! What happened? This is interesting. Can't wait for the next chap for the explanation. I guess the medicine Jun gives Nino is a kind of drug that makes Nino forget Sho and love Jun instead :P If that's the case, there will be a lot of troubles for Sakumiya. Thanks for sharing!
