It was! I'd never been to a con before. Now I get why people get so excited for them. XD

Pictures are coming, as soon as my sister e-mails them to me. I'll put scans up, too, I suppose. Too bad my scanner insists on putting ugly lines on everything.

Yeah, a lot of it's nostalgia factor. Being reminded of how much I used to really enjoy a series. Almost makes me want to pick some of them back up. Then again, Hetalia fandom takes up enough time as it is. Plus, I'm too lazy to go download all that crap. Really, it wouldn't have been half as much fun if Hetalia hadn't been so well represented.

Oh-hoh, it would seem Yaoifest is happening in Calgary the 26th&27th this month. No? Well, there's Brofest...oh, never mind, that's in Ireland. Let's see...there's Ai-con in Winnipeg July 16-18, and Animethon in Edmonton Aug. 6-8?

Yeah, nostalgia is a powerful thing. Sometimes I want to go back and pick up old series... and I've been doing it, for some, but shit son, there is just way too much stuff out there.
