I'd say dbl check ur chocolate land.

Technically, it's not ninety-six levels, but ninety-six exits. Including the secret exit that leads to the Top Secret Area.

That said, best of luck finding the one you missed -- focus on the levels with multiple exits, though. Have you checked a FAQ?

oh, and if u didn't know, the red levels all have a 2nd exit, as well as most ghost houses.

One place I remember having unusual paths and exits was the Forest of Illusion - possibly the ghost house.
