If youre really really intent on buying him DLC, have him bring his Wii to your house (or if hes really out-of-town maybe a friends) and have him connect to a someone elses wifi for ten minutes.

Eh, I can deal with getting him something else. I was just hoping this was doable somehow without him having wi-fi. Thanks, though. :)

Well, if you think about it, if it were possible to download a game from one Wii and transfer it to another, via SD card or some other method, everyone would just share the games instead of buying their own, and Nintendo would lose out on the profits.

Why not get him some Wii stuff, like an extra controller or some rechargeable batteries or something? Something Wii related, but it doesn't require him to go online with his Wii.
