What's the betting the author fancies herself as a really, REALLY emotive poet/lyricist, who has been writing drippy verses and picturing Ruki wailing them to a crowd, with tears sparkling in his little eyes?
And then he BANGS her.

I remember someone bastardizing Kyo with the same kinda thing, so much so that he actually had the line: "Black roses on a grave...that's deep..."

And he was sincere. What's wrong with these people?
