Lovely. The person that I hit going MAYBE 5 miles an hour (me from a standstill to about 3 feet away) which resulted in his bumper being bent under in a space about 5 inches long, (not even a 45 degree bend) is now claiming that he has neck injuries from the accident. Fucking ASSHOLE

Neck injuries, huh? I bet your insurance will investigate...he'll be like, mowing the lawn or some shit and they will bust him...what an asshole. I could really injure his neck, knowhati'msayin'?!

that is bullshit!
that would result in about as much neck injury as would him slamming on his breaks for a number of reasons. or even less. which, in either case, is fucking minimal to none. hopefully insurance people will agree.

THAT HAPPENED TO ME!! About 5 years ago, my suzuki swift (think Geo Metro) went up under some guys 84 ford pickup truck. no dent to his bumper, but almost sliced the hood off my car... he'd stopped dead, and i (taking a right hand turn) was still looking behind him for other traffic. Literall, 2 miles per hour. He sued and, you know what?, the fucker won 20 grand off my insurance company. I was too much of a poo to report immediately that he wasn't wearing a seat belt... and neither was his 7 year old daughter. What the fuck was I thinking???

On another note, I talked to tensile today.... when did I miss this? You're getting MARRIED??? holy FUCK!! Congrats! HOW did I miss that??
