I . . . am a failure. Today marked the second time I've ever tried to donate blood, and the second time that THE SAME EXACT THING happened. What happened? I filled out paperwork, they gave me a "My first blood donation!!!" sticker, they pricked my finger to do the iron test, and then certain PSYCHOLOGICAL ODDITIES of mine prevented me from even

aww, i've settled (somewhat hypocritcally) on volunteering at blood drives and feeding/watering people who donate blood instead of actually donating myself. oops. i just made people sound like plants... but perhaps you could do something similar?

ah salmon don't feel bad about not donating blood. at least u tried. thats more than i can say lol. anyway, blood is meant to be in your body. thats why its there. it seems unnatural to take it away from the body. maybe i am just old fashioned. its kind of like piercings. if you weren't born with strange holes in odd places on the body, why put them there? it doesn't make sense to me, but then again i barely make sense to myself.
