So yeah, I loved it! Seriously, I thought it was amazing. So very un-Who-like, yet it fitted perfectly into the universe. I was surprised that in the end I wasn't caring about Ten and Rose, or the Abzorbaloff, but Elton and Jackie. It was so messed up and so sweet all at ( Read more... )

Oh thank god for that - I thought I was the only one who was being horrendously embarrasing by indulging in a bit of Marc Warren-esque ELO dancing.

I... didn't really like this ep, I'm afraid. It might have been redeemed but for the really tacky gag at the end, but...

It does seem to have polarised the fans, as much of the best Who does. It certainly was different, though I see from your journal you were also on the squiffy side when you were viewing ;p
