Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!niphrydelJanuary 24 2007, 11:31:11 UTC
I checked my facebook. What was I supposed to find? I can't figure out my address, plus you don't want to send me stuff, it's too expensive. Just write me e-mails and comments. I'm already scoping out places for us to revisit when "we are all grown up and financially secure". I wish you could meet these people with me, we'd have a blast.
how many times has it rained since you've been there? how many times have you unintentionally slipped into an accent? when are you going to post some PICTURES!
incidentally, my creative writing professor pointed out several places in a section of my novel where my tone shifts and becomes formal in a specifically British way. i told her that perhaps i am picking up stuff from you unknowingly. you know, that whole twin connectedness thing. perhaps.
It's rained almost every night since saturday. Yesterday and today it snowed. The snow made one Australian girl very happy, because she'd only seen snow about twice before in her life. I can't even count the number of times I've slipped. It'll just be for one word and then I'm back again. I swear I've started to think with a British accent. It's awesome. I don't know when I can post pictures because I'm on the library computer. I'll try to steal some from one of the other girl's facebook albums and put them on my facebook. That's funny, I think your writing sometimes sounds British, too.

Also, check your facebook.
Lurve you babe. Have fun in England. The two of us will have to take a trip there later when we are all grown up and financially secure. ^_^
