Has it's perks. Works for a lot of the more "thrifty"/"less interetested in technology-over-function" types.

I don't think they have Cricket here. I wouldn't use it anyway. Kellie had cricket when we were in high school & they sucked so bad she only used them for a month before getting a real phone plan.

I think that's the story with "discount" phone plans; they appeal to broke folk but then you get even less than what you pay for.

Well, if you don't have it up there, that's cool, but Reid had a Cricket phone for almost 5 years before he switched to Sprint. I don't recall him complaining about it much at all. Maybe they evolved as a company. Last I heard they had some pretty awesome plans.
